We also seek to improve the bio-psycho-social-spiritual health of the general populous, and aim to do so via the intelligent science of yoga. By connecting the community to the precepts of yoga in Melbourne, we aim to kindle a spiritual awakening, encompassing the health promoting benefits of holistic, complementary and alternative healing methodologies to create a unity of body, mind and soul. This communion of action, thought and deed stems from an awareness of our place and part within the whole, and the interwoven nature of all life, and all levels of consciousness.

Mission 

 

We, the board of trustees and directors being of sound mind and under divine inspiration, do hereby establish this Private Ministry Association as a body of believers united in the faith and service of the Most High, governed under natural law, equity, and ecclesiastical jurisdiction, with all rights retained under private contract and 

applicable universal spiritual law.

 

“Spiritual assistance” refers to support or guidance provided to someone in matters of the soul, faith, or inner well-being. It can take many forms, depending on the context—religious, pastoral, counselling, or even informal encouragement.

 

Forms of Spiritual Assistance:

1. Prayer support – Praying with or for someone.

2. Pastoral counselling – Providing faith-based advice or comfort.

3. Sacramental help – Administering or facilitating sacraments (e.g., Communion, Confession).

4. Spiritual direction – Guiding someone in their faith journey.

5. Scriptural encouragement – Sharing relevant Bible verses or teachings.

6. Deliverance or intercessory ministry – In charismatic settings, helping individuals overcome spiritual oppression.

The Ministry exists to:

• Serve the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of its members.

• Teach, minister, and uphold divine truth as revealed in sacred scripture.

• Operate in private capacity, free from undue governmental interference, in accordance with equity and ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

 

Ecclesiastical Seal

 

This Ministry shall bear its own Ecclesiastical Seal and operate as a sovereign spiritual body in alignment with divine authority.

 

 

  Authority & Jurisdiction

• This Ministry operates solely under the authority of Yahweh/God/Christ, not under any civil or secular authority.

• The Ministry claims jurisdiction under Ecclesiastical Law, Natural Law, and the Law of Equity, superseding statutory and commercial codes.

 

 

  Membership

• Membership is by voluntary association and spiritual alignment.

• Members are bound by love, faith, and shared commitment, not commercial or statutory obligations.

• All members agree to resolve disputes internally according to scripture and ecclesiastical principles

 

 Governance

• The Ministry shall be governed by Elders, Ministers, or Trustees, appointed by spiritual discernment, not political vote.

• Leadership is accountable to the Most High and the foundational texts of the faith.

• No external authority shall dictate the internal governance of the Ministry.

 

 

Property & Stewardship

• All property is held in sacred trust for the benefit of the ministry and its members.

• The Ministry holds assets in private stewardship, not commercial ownership.

 

 

Finances

• The Ministry operates by donation, tithe, offering, and faith-based giving.

• It shall not engage in commercial for-profit ventures unless clearly separated from the sacred ministry.

• No individual shall profit personally; all resources are used to further the ministry’s divine calling.

 

 

Dispute Resolution

• Any conflicts shall be resolved through scriptural reconciliation, prayer, and, if necessary, an internal ecclesiastical council, not public courts.
